Best value in the market, I always buy from Gala Wouldn’t go anywhere else 5 stars

We were drawn to Gala initially based on using some of their big gazebos on rain soaked, wind swept PTA bonfire events - where they held up brilliantly. We ordered ours on a Sunday evening, it arrived on the Tuesday morning! clearly a high quality product it went up really easily. Great range of colour choice, we use it every day and haven’t even thought about taking it down after 6 weeks. We even received an additional set of pegs we weren’t expecting, as they’d realised they’d not sent part of our “free gift??? .There was a lot of choice of gazebos out there, but combine the quality of the product and the brilliant service - I recommend you don’t look any further than Gala.

Another order goes into GalaTent and again they deliver a stunning product. This was for printed canopy and plain sides.Great communication and service, designers are really helpful.Printing is top notch and the items come well packaged. I must say I have never had any issues with GalaTent. Spot on.

Gala Tents really deliver the goods! We have market stall every Sunday and we had been buying the standard gazebos that really only lasted one season. We've recently upgraded to a Gala Tent Gazebo 3m x 6m and instantly the difference is amazing. We've discovered the gold standard! The strength, build quality and small details like stronger, more robust Velcro and coated pull rings etc make this the ultimate gazebo for us. The company is a dream to deal with, even with the current COVID-19 crisis around us. We were kept updated throughout the order process and their staff just couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.From here on its nothing but Gala for us!

I wanted an easy-up gazebo for our garden at home. Did a lot of on-line research and I was attracted the most by the Gala Tent website and its extensive information and videos of their products and the easy erection process. I contacted the sales office for advice on the two different gaxebos that I was considering and received very helpful advice that resulted in the purchase of a 3m x 3m Gala Shade Pro 40. Incredibly, it arrived the day after ordering. I agree with the claims on the website and I can see that it is indeed very well made and of superior materials. It is also very easy for two people to erect in a very short time. I think it is very fair value and I am very pleased with both the gazebo and the service given. It looks as if should last well for a long time. A good product.

Purchased 3x4.5 Pro 40 - very sturdy and wheeled bag makes easy to store and maneuver into place. Sides also come with storage bag which is a bonus as it keeps everything neat and tidy.Would certainly recommend this product

An absolutely amazing service. We were opening in 36 hours and realised our plan wasn't working and so we needed some Gazebo's to bail us out.We ordered at just gone 1pm and we had them the following morning pre-10am. We had a phone call from Gala confirming they were on the way minutes after we placed the order.The actual gazebos are excellent quality and easy to put up (we haven't had to put them down yet!, but they look easy to put down too).Brilliant Service and QualityDan

We purchased the Gala tent 3mx4.5m in white for our garden birthday party due to take place in August 2020, we have recently put the Tent up to test it out and ensue all parts were there, we were extremely happy with the quality and simplicity of putting it up,It is a beautiful good quality British product and I’m really positive we will have an amazing birthday party using it, would definitely recommend this company to people.

Mis sold product, very disappointing. The company failed to recognise the product was mis sold , having only listened to one of the 3 phone calls that were made prior to purchase - which was the final one when we actually purchased the product, having been reassured by 2 different sales staff ( Darren and Lee) the product would meet our needs. . Customer Service claimed they did not know 3 phone calls had been made. . They were asked to listen to all 3, which would have given them the full picture of our needs but we have heard nothing further from them. . I tried to give them every opportunity to rectify this mistake prior to submitting a poor review but alas this has not happened..
