Ordered some floor stickers for my salon. Loved the fact they were quirky and not the run of the mill social distancing stickers. They have been down a month now and since we reopened have had fairly heavy traffic walking on them daily. They haven’t faded, or scratched or started to peel away despite the continuous floor washing. They still look as fresh as they did when they were put down. They look great and have been much admired by the customers coming in. I would definitely buy again. Order came quickly too.

Why hire when you can buy for this price, great design, does not sink into the lawn, great for all occasions.
The tent itself is great but had 60 connector parts missing and the guttering did not fit and was not long enough to wrap around the bars. I emailed Gala explaining that there were bits missing but have not had a response :( For a product that I paid so much for, I do not expect this to happen. The quality is overall good but customer service for missing parts is poor.
I am pleased with my gazebo. The quality is very good, the gazebo is easy to put up and take down and good value for money.
The sales process was good and 2 gazebos we ordered were delivered very quickly. The quality of the gazebos appear to be very good and it is very pleasing to buy British. There is a however though. We have a small issue and trying to get hold of customer service is not easy. Long waits on the phone, and very slow turn around on email. I am sure the response will be Covid, however that didn’t seem to affect the sales team.

Very pleased with the quality of the marquee , delivery was astonishing ( ordered at 11 am , delivered the next day to the North of Scotland at 1 pm ) . Your rep who phoned was excellent to deal with and sorted out the problem with the ground bars being out of stock to more than my satisfaction , ( top guy ) !
Superb quality, but the instructions could've been clearer as to the use of which bolts/eyes.
It took me years before finally committing to buying a gazebo for those rainy days at work as I knew I needed a strong quality product. My new Galatent gazebo is superb... incredibly strong, well made and looks great. My only regret was not having our company logo printed on the cover before delivery.
