This is a great tent we have it outside our reception area during time of social distancing. It has been up for a few weeks now and is still looking good. It is likely to be up for a few more months

The Tent is sturdy, assembly instruction could do with a bit of improvement, we ended up with extra parts that had us questioning if we have done something wrong. Unfortunately the after-sale experience was shocking; after calling the company and speaking with a young lady, I have requested a call back while we were in the middle of assembling the marquee and never received any call back or support. Could have been a 5 star review but we all felt a bit disappointed and left to ourselves to figure out. Make sure you have at least 4 people before assembling a 6x6 marquee.

Great customer experience from first phone call, to the finished product. Customer service excellent and the product itself (8m x 4m Elite spec marquee) is of high quality, relatively easy to erect (needs 4 people to do this comfortably but could be done with 2). Would highly recommend.

Outstanding!We called Gala Tent after being let down by another supplier, we did a little research and found that they had tje best quality products on the market. We required a very fast turnaround, called on a Tuesday afternoon requesting printed valance gazebo for an event on the following Saturday and the order was with us by Thursday. Darren and his team were friendly, professional and most of all dispatched rapidly a high quality product that looks fantastic. We are so pleased with our gazebo and we will be purchasing further branded products from Gala Tent as we know we can trust the service and the merchandise.Thank you Gala Tent for saving our bacon!

I first purchased the Pro 40 Gazebo used it and soon appreciated the quality of the product. I followed this purchase with side walls & other items all to the same high standard. The staff & service first class. My only observation is make sure you order every thing you need in one order to avoid delivery costs.
