I bought a gazebo, sidewalls, side bars and anchoring kit with 2 x 3 metre trade tables. I use this kit for makers markets and pop up restaurants and can honestly say I don’t think you could buy a better quality gazebo. It’s easy to put up/down and made of high quality material as are the lantern and side panels which all zip together nicely.The tables I feel aren’t quite up to scratch. They are sometimes tricky to put the tops on which are very heavy and can be a little awkward. The base they sit on in my opinion isn’t sturdy enough. It’s square legged and feels lightweight to me. There are other brands similar to this with sturdier bases and lighter tops and I will probably replace with these at some point. So I’d give the tables 2.5 stars out of 5 if this was a separate review. Having used this kit now for two months regularly I feel I can review this equipment confidently. The gazebo is awesome, really good solid piece of kit. Tables not for me. Customer service I’ve found to be excellent. Would definitely buy from Gala tent again no problem with that.

After lots of research into marquees, galatent seemed the right choice and I was not disappointed. Easy to assemble, top quality parts and it looks great once assembled. I really liked the website which had plenty of images and details of the product. Very happy all round, a quality british product. Tremendous value for money. Easy to assemble, top quality parts and looks great. I will be making another purchase soon and referring the company to other colleagues across the MOD and friends alike.

I ordered two of these to support a recreational space during lockdown which can be put away when not required.The tables are fairly well built, and they seem like they would withstand a lot of use. However for the price I expected they would be in better condition, as both were marked across the top and edges. However the reason I am giving 3 stars is that the tables do not line up to the same height. One of them sits approximately 8-10mm higher than the other due to the folding mechanism not securing properly. Not sure how I can fix this to be honest, but for most users I don’t expect this will be an issue. To make a temporary solution I have had to lay plywood boarding across the tops.Delivery was fast and the boxes were in good condition on arrival. Thanks

Bought the hex 55 deal with extras. Canopy had to be changed as had holes in it (was sent a replacement) still waiting on my Free Gazebo lights 2 months in and the sun shade awning brackets don't fit the frame, but overall the gazebo is strong and solid.

Placing my order my quick and easy and sales person answered all my questions with delivery in a couple of days (great!) However one of the boxes stated the contents as including a storage bag a day so I called to query this as there was no bag. I was assured that this would be checked out and I would be called back. No call after several eso I chased it. Again I waited for a return call but did not happen. I chased again and was told the colleague I had been speaking with was not at work but I did ask that a message be passed onto her. This again did not happen. The lady on the phone said that the bag is not now included and is sold separately. I did point out that the package should clearly show it’s contents but this seemed to fall on deaf ears. Therefore my low star rating reflects after sales service which clearly does not exist in my opinion. Very poor as the product itself is of quality and I hope my comments are taken on board because if it was my company, I would want to know.

Excellent products, I needed replacement sides and roof for our Gala tent and they arrived the next day. Extremely happy with the service and the quality of the replacement sides and roof.

Our marquee exceeded our expectations, I researched a lot of marquees and gala tents was by far the best quality I came across! I can not recommend this company enough! It’s been up in our garden through wind rain and sunshine and is still standing perfectly!

We love our gazebo it’s very sturdy and the fabric feels very good quality. My only criticism would be that the leg wights don’t work very well if you wish to have the sides on. When you put the leg weights on you can’t attach the Velcro on the side panels to the legs. The Velcro’s isn’t long enough to go round the leg weights. We are thinking of purchasing Velcro To make an extension to the side wall Velcro to go round the leg Weight bags. That I think they should have come with it

We had been looking for quite a while to find the Marquee we required at the right price. Gala Tent was the perfect answer to our requirements. Next delivery and easy to assemble . Perfect
