Gala Tent UK put all other pop-up gazebo companies in the shade! Excellent new (and improved design) canopy arrived speedily after brilliant over-the-phone purchase using their fool-proof system. The Canopy now has increased strength on the corners and middle pole points, as well as the ridge uprights, and the tie down loops have been strengthened too. Great replacement for our old canopy which finally gave up the ghost after 5 long summers and an unfortunate flash storm. Doclawrence

Ordered one day and received the next, and that was up to Scotland. We have dealt with Gala Tents for five years and have always found them to be very helpful. This time I ordered online as I knew what I wanted. The quality of the product is superb and withstands the varying Scottish weather. With the need for us to get our outdoor beer garden ready for reopening a good service was imperative. Thank you Gala.

As a returning customer, I was very pleased with my purchase of a 8x4m gazebo. When assembling, I did notice there were 3 feet missing. I messaged the company and 3 feet quickly winged their way to me without any fuss.The design is such that you can easily assemble much of this alone (as I did

This is by far the best gazebo we have bought , it was easy to put up and it is so well made . The reason I only gave it 4 and not 5 stars being that we were a bit disappointed that the support strings didn't come with it for want they cost .

I received excellent customer service when I required advice on buying replacement panels for my 6 x 4 tent which I purchased a number of years ago. I ordered the new window panels in the afternoon and they arrived the next day. The product was perfect and I like the new addition of blackout blinds. Thank you for the excellent service your company provides.

I bought a pop up which arrived the day after I purchased it. I had great advise. The only thing is that the main structure is steel and heavy aluminium is much lighter and for people in their late 60’s would be much better. But great product.
