Excellent product and great phone service. Next day delivery as promised. Perfect for gatherings outside in these times of social distancing and very easy to put up and take down. Will definitely rave about our purchase for some time to come!
It’s quite unfortunate l did not come across Gala tent until COVID 19. Your products are making our businesses moving on again.
BEST QUALITY, BEST COMMUNICATION, BEST DELIVERY SERVICE. Thanks again guys.
I was so pleased with the quality of this product,it is much sturdier than my previous one and I was very happy with the speedy delivery thank you GalaTent.
The gazebo leg weights turned up very quickly and are extremely heavy, which is just what was wanted. The single white gazebo curtain is also extremely heavy, which is not ideal for an old lady, but it does a good job and is reasonably easy to fix in position.
Really pleased with a fast and efficient service. Spoke to one of the sales advisors, and decided on the full package 50mm gazebo, along with an additional sun shade. Everything arrived the next day, except for the leg weights (which I had been advised at the time of ordering were on back order - no problem for me as I already had a set!)First event out, and wind was forecast to be gusting in excess of 30mph. The sort of winds that you start to be a bit concerned about. Gazebo went up (single handed) with no issue. Storm straps and weights went on, and it didn't move all day. My neighbours at the event were not so fortunate - their budget gazebo was left abandoned in a crumpled heap after a couple of failed attempts to put it up in the wind.
Quality all time
Purchased a cheaper gazebo which lasted for 3 outings so decided to opt for a Gala tent gazebo. What a difference! Quality product, beautifully engineered. It has now been up for over 5 weeks and has withstood all of the wind and weather that we have experienced in that time. If you're hesitating about spending more than you might, don't. This product is worth every penny!

Great stuff
very quick and efficient next day delivery, very happy with product and quality. Thanks team Gala Tents
I’ve had a gala tent given to me by my father in law whom had owned it for about 8 or 9 years. The roof had started to look the worse for wear but what do you expect after that time. I rang gala tent and got an exact replacement, makes it look like new and it’s totally waterproof and wind proof, the sides are still going no problem after all that time, fantastic product and it’s out all weathers all summer and autumn. Yes I would reccomend it and there is truth in you get what you pay for. Very very pleased with replacement roof. Thanks guys service was brilliant and delivery so quick.
Over the years I have spent over £500 on cheap (circa £100) gazebos. None of them lasted more than a few outings. Now I have spent a little less than £500 on a Gala 3m x3m popup gazebo with four sides. The frame is relatively light in weight, but certainly seems robust. The side curtains are quite heavy for one person to attach, but that's because they are made from heavy gauge material.I put up the gazebo a few days ago, and can make the following comments about it.1 The instructions suggest that it is much easier to have two people assemble the tent, YES - THIS IS TRUE! Being male, I assumed that I could do the job on my own. The big stumbling block is that you need to be able to pull the popup frame in diametrically opposite directions AT THE SAME TIME. If you are a macho idiot like me, you can struggle for a very long time, pulling one corner, walking to the other corner, pulling again, and so on. So if you suffer from an excess of testosterone, take a humility pill and get someone to help you. It makes life so much easier.2 I put the gazebo up in dry weather, but for the last day and a half it has rained, and rained, and rained. There has been no water ingress from the top or the sides. The gazebo is currently set up with three sides. The fourth side is flush against our patio doors. A small amount of rain falls between the house and the gazebo. I think I can rig up a gutter to divert this water, but it's not causing us any problem, and it's not a design fault. No water is coming in at the bottom.3 I come from an Engineering family, and still at over 70 I can bore on for hours about the poor design quality of more or less anything. Assembling the gazebo was actually a joy (despite the self inflicted problems described above). It seems as though every aspect of the design and assembly has been really thoroughly addressed. 4 During the purchase the sales staff were very patient.5 On the basis of my experience so far, I am thrilled with the choice I have made.
