i was indeed getting a cheaper tent same size but after comparing the product from Gala tent I realised that the difference in materials and steel pipes were different. I purchased my tent from Gala tent . The tent survived winds upto 70mph last week and I will definately only purchase my future products from Gala tent . Chose this product to support local Yorkshire company. Very robust, done numerous events since purchase and seen other gazebos bend legs in the wind while we were steadfast. Would recommend to anyone.

Couldn't be happier with our Leaf Gala Gazebo! Such a lovely product. It's been such a boon for us over the past few weeks - socially distanced teaparties/meals/chats etc. And it looks so good! I think we should be on commission really as quite a few people have expressed interest in owning their own outdoor entertainment area having seen our Gala gazebo. We have no hesitation at all in recommending it. It's easy to put up and take down -- but we will be very sad to put it away for the winter when the truly inclement weather strikes. It may cost more than other gazebos but the build quality is vastly superior. Our neighbour, who owns a motorhome, has asked us for details as he would like one to use instead of their canopy when he goes away on holiday as he thinks it would be superior to one that has to be taken down whenever he wants to drive off the campsite for the day. One visitor, having seen it, even brought his wife round at a later date in an attempt to persuade her that they too should have their own! The design is great - the sides go up easily even in stormy conditions should you need the extra protection! We bought the LED gloobe lights from the company - and they are great as it gets darker. I honestly can't recommend this enough. If in doubt - go for it, you won't regret it! It's been like an extra room for us - we have not put the sides up unless really needed as we prefer to have fresh air all around in this virusy day and age. The canopy on its own is great. We did buy the extra weights just to ensure its safety when breezy conditions were forecast. We were fully aware that it probably would have been even safer to take it down altogether, but we took the risk and the gazebo lived to tell the tale!! Darren dealt with us brilliantly over the phone and sorted out a stocking issue professionally.

Very helpful staff and excellent service

This is our 2nd Gala tent and we absolutely love it. Used each summer for our birthday parties we can decorate it out to compliment the party. The quality of the material and the ease of putting the fittings together makes it easy to put up. Love the ground bars as this made the tent feel so secure. It was really windy this July but we had the tent up for a week and there was no worry it would Not be safe. Customer service were also very prompt to reply to one issue I had. I would highly recommend this product.

When I ordered the Gala Gazebo I phoned and had a long chat with a sales guy who took me through all the options,I had already watched the video on their website so I was aware of the product and had some questions which were answered no problem.I needed my Gala Gazebo within a couple of weeks and my initial selection of Gazebo colour and extras were all not available In the timescale that I had available. This was due to the excessively high demand for Gazebos due to the Covid19 which was causing all sorts of businesses to re evaluate how they were to carry out their businesses, some were ordering 10 gazebos at a time.I was helped chose a different colour option than which I initially wanted and also the weights I required weren’t available for a few weeks. This was solved by doubling up on another type of weight which I thought I would make do with.After all the details were sorted out the salesman gave me a better price due to the alternative specification I decided to take, he offered it after I was happy so as to not squeeze me into buying only due to price reduction which was nice I thought.2 days later I received all the boxes and to my surprise he had found some outer sides in the colour of my initial choice which just sealed the deal for me as he obviously made sure to change the order to what I originally wanted.I used the Gala Gazebo at the race track and it went up superbly after I gave up and decided to look at the instructions ????.I will be modifying the ground bars that attach to the upright legs as I need one of the bars to be at ground level to be able to drive the car over it and into the Gazebo.Very please with my new Gazebo and the fact you can buy replacement parts if and when things get damaged.
