When I ordered the Gala Gazebo I phoned and had a long chat with a sales guy who took me through all the options,I had already watched the video on their website so I was aware of the product and had some questions which were answered no problem.I needed my Gala Gazebo within a couple of weeks and my initial selection of Gazebo colour and extras were all not available In the timescale that I had available. This was due to the excessively high demand for Gazebos due to the Covid19 which was causing all sorts of businesses to re evaluate how they were to carry out their businesses, some were ordering 10 gazebos at a time.I was helped chose a different colour option than which I initially wanted and also the weights I required weren’t available for a few weeks. This was solved by doubling up on another type of weight which I thought I would make do with.After all the details were sorted out the salesman gave me a better price due to the alternative specification I decided to take, he offered it after I was happy so as to not squeeze me into buying only due to price reduction which was nice I thought.2 days later I received all the boxes and to my surprise he had found some outer sides in the colour of my initial choice which just sealed the deal for me as he obviously made sure to change the order to what I originally wanted.I used the Gala Gazebo at the race track and it went up superbly after I gave up and decided to look at the instructions ????.I will be modifying the ground bars that attach to the upright legs as I need one of the bars to be at ground level to be able to drive the car over it and into the Gazebo.Very please with my new Gazebo and the fact you can buy replacement parts if and when things get damaged.

My Event tent structure and roof arrived quickly and are of outstanding quality. Unfortunately 3 months later i am still awaiting the delivery of the side panels. I have emailed with no reply and phoned on 3 occasions but still have no delivery date. Poor customer service. Excellent product so far!
