Excellent set of lights which are perfect for lighting up my large marquee. It wasn’t easy to find the ideal product but the lights I bought from Gala Tents were just what I needed. They are easy to install and remove and provide a good clean light. Delivery was within 24 hours as promised.

Ordered a large matt to fit inside a gazebo to protect my grass .Ordered one day arrived next. Quality was spot on Excellent service would go back if without hesitation if I need anything similar-5 stars

was very disappointed when i ordered seam sealent . I was sent two tubes ordinary clear trade sealent which i could have purchased at local DIY store . I called Gala tent to complain and was refunded delivery cost .

What A pleasure it was to deal with Gala Tents. My order was handled very efficiently by Jake Simpson and with a bit of initial to-ing and fro-ing due to space restrictions we found the perfect fit for our requirements. The order was placed and delivered by a local Scottish carrier, who also went above and beyond their duties.Each item of kit was packed in separate boxes, every item enclosed was ticked off. A written instruction sheet may have been a bit more user friendly but the video was very helpful and in the long run the overview was, the video saved time and effort. We chose the 6 x 6 metre PVC marque, with the additional ground base and 40 kg weights for extra security. It took 6 adults 4.5 hours to erect it. The finished marquee is outstanding......It will be used as an additional outdoor learning space for our village Playgroup and Toddlers during the Covid 19 crisis. So on behalf of the Dullatur Kids, Thank you Gala Tents. We wish you and your brilliant staff all the very best for the future.

I already had a 4m x 4m but, after upgrading my patio area, realised that I could now fit in a 6m x 4m. I contacted Gala regarding an extension and was advised that I would require a new 6 mx 4m canopy and additional joints, poles and side walls. After consideration, I duly ordered the recommended upgrade and erected the tent on Saturday. Almost a 1-man job, but was pleased my wife gave me some assistance while I lifted the frame, she popped in the two central C poles. Plain sailing thereafter!The new canopy fits perfectly, in fact better than my previous one, which I bought 5 years ago and is still in great condition. To sum up: The quality and strength of the frame is perfect and has withstood strong coastal North winds where I live. I do secure the frame with strong heavy-duty pegs, also supplied by Gala, so they really do provide everything required. Thunderstorms have been dealt with, the inside remaining almost dry, with only slight drips at the corners. And on the rare occasions the sun is beating down, gazebo-type shelter is there. It is also a wonderful area to dine out in, irrespective of weather conditions.The Gala delivery service was next day, as promised, and finally and importantly, the price for such a complete product was, in my opinion, fair.Thank you Darren for the advice and I look forward to many summers (hopefully!) of enjoying our garden to the max.
