I ordered the Marquee on line through the live chat which was so easy. The goods arrived the next day so very efficient.the Marquee was easy to put up and is exactly what I needed. The quality is great and I would highly recommend Gala Tent to anyone who is looking for a good quality product and a great price.

Bought the gazebo primarily for my wife's cafe to allow customers to sit outside during Tier 2 of lockdown. The size we purchased (4m x 2m) was perfect for the space we had. This meant we had to purchase the top gazebo in the range, and understandably that also meant very expensive compared to the wide range of prices available elsewhere for a standard 3m x 3m. It also meant that it would be of the highest quality and we were happy with that as it fits the tenor of the cafe and what we try to offer our customers. We also purchased some weights for the base to hold it down.The gazebo arrived next day as promised. On first unfolding and erection we both struggled with the sheer weight of it, bit further inspection revealed that one of the uprights that form the roof structure had popped off the retaining pole and spring so it was working against us. Once that was fixed we managed ok. Each morning we have similar issues with any of the spring poles - and it looks like the plastic around the poles has broken.Also the gazebo roof does not pull tight so the whole thing looks saggy and cheap.We did complain about this and spoke to Jade who asked us to send photos, which we did about 10 days ago - but have heard nothing back which is really disappointing.The gazebo does it's job (hence the 3 stars) but there's no way a £700 product should have broken parts so soon, and the follow up (or lack of it) was the worst part.

There is no reason for not being a 5 star, rather it is a personal thing that no-one is that 100% perfect. Anyway I have been communicating with the company over a long period of months, in fact before the covid lockdown, but then hit a snag as my order was linked to applications for funding and therefore everything was delayed. However, eventualy the funding came through and I was able to continue with the order for 12 gazebos with associated tables and other equipment. There were possibly a few hiccups with communication and I did feel I seemed to be the one doing the running around. However, the goods have now been delivered and am most happy with the quality and appearance of the goods purchased. In fact the packaging is immense and certainly protective of the contents. All in all therefore not a bad effort, just as I say need to tidy up a bit on maintaining communication

Excellent strong tent. Stood up to the gales and rain last Saturday with a few extra ratchet rope stays obtained from our previous marquee. Ideal for the Rule of 6 restrictions in this Covid-19 time! Would highly recommend.

Picked up a 3m x 6m marquee for outdoor eating at our restaurant. Good service from staff, easy assembly and our customers love the space.

I found Galatent online. I bought an infrared heater over the phone and it was delivered to London in less than 24 hours. Great service. The heater is really good and the company was really easy to deal with.
