In this world of poor customer service it is nice to find a company like Galatent. I bought a pop up gazebo from them a few years ago and use it regularly. It has been faultless. I recently lost 2 poles from it as a result of my own stupidity. A quick call to Galatent resulted in the correct replacement parts delivered to my door the next day. Superb service. I would not hesitate to buy a product from this company..
