Unfortunately, due to the weather I haven't opened the package yet. I put it straight in the shed. Having said that,I was told my gazebo would be delivered the next day but in fact it took a week to arrive.

Despite initial delivery issue with stock being unavailable due to Covid related issue this was sorted out by the team who were extremely helpful and worked to resolve things. Great quality product, with clear installation instructions, ideal for our needs to create a water tight environment for outdoor space within Pub Courtyard. 2nd marquee I have bought from Gala, the last one being some 18 years ago which is used at Le Mans 24hrs every year and is still going strong.

Can't fault the product, its strong reliable and so easy to set up!I had a small issue with damage on arrival but the customer service team are unbelievable they sorted the issue and I was all fixed in 24 hours. Great Service. Great Product. Great Company.

Excellent quality and service. Having Purchased 2 sets of ratchet supports plis additional pegs for our gazebo we trialled them at the weekend leaving the gazebo up overnight. The pegs were much bigger than anticipated but gives us more confidence in being able to leave the gazebo unattended for longer periods

Really happy with this I’m a builder and need a shelter to work under during th3 wet weather This is very robust and I think it will last a long time.I’ve managed to put it up on my own a few times with effort, but it is easier when there are 2 people Happy to recommend

The ordering and delivery of the items was fine. I haven't inspected or erected the items yet, but I'm sure they are fine, too. The canopy is to replace the one I have now, which split down the entire length after a rainstorm. I did want to add to my order and telephoned you on Friday, January 22, asking if it wasn't too late to do so. The lady I spoke to said she couldn't contact your warehouse and would call me back. I told her the items that I would like to add. I never received a call back, so a little disappointed. Hence only a 4-star rating and not 5.

Extremely fast. Came the next day. Very helpful staff made sure I got all the right items. Very good build quality and easy to assemble. Can't really fault it. Will use again.
