Great tent and prompt service. Only downside was I've lost a bolt from the canopy as the bolts were loose. Do check them when you erect the tent for the first time.Quality product though so overall very happy.

First rate delivery, and definitely a premium product.

The quality of service combined with the quality of product are rarely matched but Gala excell on both counts.

This MQ Tent is the best, it had served us well through our season we will be adding to our set up next year. Great Product look well too.

we added strengthening bars to our Gala tent due to very strong winds. allied to weights on two corners and strapping to a wall, we now have a very robust structure that we believe will cope with the worst that winter can bring

Works very well. Only thing to complain about are the sand bags provided. Velcro tabs very poor quality. Come apart very easily. Bags are not heavy enough to cope with high winds. Purchased double bags with superior velcro fastenings, and they work a treat. Apart from the bags, a very good purchase

Ordered at 1.30pm on Tuesday it arrived at 8.30am the following day. Easy to put up “especially if you read the instructions??? . Very easy process to order and to pay Brilliant service, wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again

I ordered this for someone who runs a bar on a campsite! I ordered a 4x6 marquee it arrived the week I was told. I can recommend the quality of the tent which is thicker than the 500gm weight and the sturdy poles. Customer service was very helpful when ordering and when erecting. I would wholly recommend galatents!

We bought a 3m x 3m Gala Tent with sides and infra red heater to provide an 'outdoor' space in our garden we could use to meet family during the lockdown. Everyone is so impressed with the build quality - it even survived the recent storm without any problems!

Great service, fab product. Easy to fit these wall mounted heaters to our gazebo and very impressed with the heat they transmit. Would highly recommend the product and Galatent.co.uk for their speedy and efficient service.

Hi, Purchased a 6m x 4m Gala standard marquee @ £395 with free delivery. Two of the poles were damaged on delivery, but quickly replaced without any problems, so Customer service considered very good. The poles and connectors are substantial and the covers are decent enough quality for the money. The Bungee hangers are easy to connect, but the elastic cord is lightweight and you feel they will not survive too many uses. The main gripe is that the canopy is a poor fit for the frame in that it is too tight across the width. I will probably need to machine 5 mm off the end of the 8no. 'rafter' poles for the canopy to fit well, which is a shame. Also the 4no. guy ropes supplied to hold the canopy corners down are very lightweight with no fittings. I will be making my own ropes up to do the job adequately . Also we found the Gala marquee quite an effort to put up and down, and we found the leg poles tended to jam into the sockets which made taking the unit down a challenge. This is because the leg pole jams at the curve of the connector. I would add that we are very experienced at pitching and striking tradition canvas 20ft by 20ft marquees on a regular basis , but our new the Gala Marquee certainly requires more effort. Criticisms aside, it is a good product overall and I do not regret the purchase. I'm sure it is far better than most on the market, and with a bit more refinement and care to detail would be a really excellent product. AW
