One of the table covers you sent us was too tight and therefore has stretched the seam. Had no choice but to use it as we were on site at a show. Bit disappointing

Seems to be a constant challenge when ordering. Delayed delivery and then wrong item in the end. Eventually sorted but just like my previous order, there is always extra leg work on customers end, be prepared, apart from that great product and strong quality metals used

Pop up gala tent is okay, the storage bag lasts all of 5 mins, I spent close to 1k on a pop up gazebo and accessories, I’ve used this gazobo only twice and the storage bag has broken already. I called gala tents direct and they offered me a £9.00 discount on upgrading to a heavy duty bag which I thought was an insult especially when I’ve spent close to a thousand pound on a as I thought top of the range product, Summary: gala pop up tent is good but let down by the poor quality of the storage bag which is important and poor customer service as I’m still waiting for a response to my email.

Very pleased with the gazebo but after the first use had two issues that I thought should have been covered by the warranty. One was debatable and could have been caused by clumsiness putting up but the other definitely not. Unfortunately, Galatent chose to unwarrant both claims. Though they did offer to pay for the repairs, I would have had to cover the cost of delivery both ways. Just as cheap for me to get the repairs done locally. They haven''t even bothered answering my last email...Nice gazebo, shame about the aftersales and warranty.

This is the 3rd Gala Tent that I have purchased and I would have to say the most disappointing. It is 6m x 3m and due to it being different material to previous there is no extra flap over the stitching so in wet weather it does tend to leak, so no hanging stock around the sides, also the top canopy doesn''t quite fit properly so the leg covers don''t quite reach the holes in the legs where they are meant to clip into. Perhaps it will stretch with time. Other than that the service was very good as usual.

My first call was not successful but second was. I needed to replace two corner posts, damaged in a storm. The standard cream post is now longer and grey in colour. Was able to add a 50mm wood block to the old posts so OK but it would be good if Gala held old stock

Very expensive product for the quality that actually arrived . I was expecting the same stability and quality of the last product I purchased from gala tent . My latest purchase was easy to put up and compact however is was flimsy and not sturdy . Would not take even the smallest amount of wind . Very disappointing .

The marquee itself is good quality and seems like it will last. Delivery was very prompt and customer service before sale very good. However the instructions for putting it up leave a lot to be desired. Hilariously vague. There were extra poles delivered - presumably spare but no indication of this given in instructions. Diagram actually indicated wrong poles in some locations, we had to work it out by deduction. Instructions say minimum 2 people to erect it, we needed 7 people at the point of lifting the frame. No safety instructions for putting up / down in wind, or how many guy ropes you need etc.

Heater Remote Control doesn’t sync correctly with the unit plus no cover. Much poorer overall than expected and as advertised.

When ordering my gazebo with the friendly and knowledgeable lady I was informed that the ground bars that I wanted were currently out of stock and would follow on later. 2 months later they are still out of stock and are not expected in for another month! With next day delivery now the norm and goods from the other side of the world arriving within a few days I wonder just where these ground bars are coming from! A 3 month wait for a standard item which has already been paid for is completely unacceptable and reflects very badly on Gala Tent! Seems like there''re keen enough to take your money but not so keen to supply the goods!

Delivered products fine Ground bars that were

descriptions of items poor on packaging, had to open all to find the items we wanted in the right order. on dismantling some poles jammed into the joining brackets so had to use a mallet to disassemble.
