Very happy with our PVC 10m x 4m Gala tent. Started using in for the first bank holiday in May. Instructions easy to follow and all parts marked clearly. Very good quality and the heaters give good heat as well as light to the tent. Since ordered 20 fold away chairs from Gala tent. Would be happy to recommend this product to other buyers. Very good value for money.

Bought a Shade Pro DX gazebo this March and it's been up for about a month. We were impressed with the strength and quality of the product. Factors that persuaded us to use Gala was the availability of spare parts and good customer service. Now the bad news - one of the spring loaded locking pins on a leg slider disappeared when we partially took down the gazebo to move it slightly. The leg now can't be locked into position. Used the contact us option on website but no response yet (3 days later). Searched website for DX spare parts - can't find any. DX has octagonal frame, so other types won't fit. Tried to chase up online. Find I cannot register my warranty as now more than 30 days from purchase, even though in mid-May I was still getting emails inviting me to review the product. Can't get through to a human. Feeling frustrated. At least the gazebo is up, albeit slightly lop-sided. Hoping to get some sort of response soon.

I needed a tent for an outdoor event for my microbrewery Bragdy Tanat. After an initial problem with the website, everything went very smoothley.The Tent (Gala Shade Pro 50) is very well made, and easy to put up with two people. You can be under cover in a couple of minutes, and watertight in 10 mins or less. The weights were useful, preventing the tent lifting in a breeze.

We brought the heaters for our marquee they are a great product and a reasonable price

We have had our gala tent up for an extended period in all sorts of weather and high winds and has performed perfectly. With the addition of your heaters it made fora very cosy space outside our house to entertain friends. Excellent purchase.

We bought a Gala Pro 40 Gazebo for our small business so we could be protected from the elements at fayres etc. Have to say it is worth every penny! Never seen such a strong and substantial gazebo before. We bought the sides kit too expecting there just to be two sides and a back sheet but there are four! Even the strong bag the side panels came in is impressive. Have now put in an order for the wheeled bag to make life easier when unloading the gazebo. It was put up yesterday over the pool to provide shade. It was a superb day but with some fairly strong gusts of wind and it stood firm even without weights. Our cheap old run of the mill gazebo would've probably taken off! All in all we are very impressed with this model and are so glad we opted to pay more for a higher spec. Highly recommend this company. We ordered about 2 ish one afternoon and it was delivered next day.Fantastic gazebo and a bonus to be able to buy British too.

Always use gala tents for my gazebo's and new canopies. good strong tents at a reasonable price . they are worked hard on our markets so cannot be flimsy. canopies can be bought separately which is a bonus as they do need replacing occasionally.. staff are polite and knowledgeable service is usually quick

Good product. I had a slightly weird experience of delivery. Having paid for one day delivery which I didn't have a choice about. I then got a phone call 2 days later telling me the product was now in stock and yet it wasn't sent on to me till I rang back and requested that it was and getting through washy perfectly easy. I understand they believed they had told me it was out of stock so I am happy to accept it was an admin error.
