The process of ordering is a bit of a wind-up. Instead of just ordering and paying for the repair patch, there are a couple of hoops to jump through, nothing serious, just unnecessary. A couple of days after placing the order an email arrives with an invoice. After downloading, the payment can be made. Then a few days later another email arrives asking you to choose a delivery date from a given list. This done, the item duly arrives. Someone should tell them about PayPal or similar. The repair patch measures 8' x 6' so not very generous and there were no instructions as to the type of adhesive included. I will have to look online to see if I can find if it's applied to one or both surfaces, is it a contact adhesive, what the curing time may be, is there any scope for adjustment?All part of the rich tapestry of life, why make things straight forward?

I spent a long time looking at pop up gazebos and reviews and wanted to use a uk based company so I rang them to see how helpful they were before ordering. The gentleman I spoke to was really great and having never made an on line payment before he talked me through it, nothing was too much trouble. Brought the gala tent at the start of the spring and it’s stayed up since! It has been great we brought the 2m x 3m with sides but left the sides off. Perfect we have the chairs, table and heater underneath and it’s lovely and cozy. Perfect garden party cover

Excellent product, certainly sturdy enough but relatively light for the 4.5m x 3m size. I was amazed at how well balanced the gazebo is with respect to opening and closing. I was able to manage erecting and packing away solo, ideal for its intended purpose. The product itself is a quality build with smooth movement when erecting and I particularly like the option to separately add on the walls etc. I would certainly use Gala Tent again.

Spent £350 on a cheap marquee that lasted two days. Then purchased from gala and can see the quality throughout. I had to chase up delivery twice, but absolutely delighted with the product. Definitely get what you pay for.

It's good to have sales staff on the phone that know their product, can advise professionally and complete the sale in a business like manner. Then to follow up and communicate the progress etc. Very easy company to deal with. Five star service but only 4 stars as the product I purchased was double booked. Took a non preferred colour instead as I needed the tent more than the colour.
