We bought a 3 x 4.5m Pro-50 Gala Gazebo back in February, but I have waited until now to review because we didn't put it up until May and I wanted to use it for a bit first. It arrived a couple of days later, which we hadn't expected, and so the service was excellent. We did call Gala for advice, and the salesman we spoke to recommended the Pro-40, but we are glad that we went for the next weight up, the Pro-50, and ordered online, as some extras were included in the online offering that weren't included on his quote.To be quite honest, it has given us an extra room for the summer, as we have put it up on our terrace, which has house walls on two sides, and we can access it from a door into the house. The terrace is south-facing and gets the sun all day, and so it is just too hot to sit out there for most of the summer. However, this year we have been enjoying our new shaded terrace from early in the morning until late at night constantly, and it is absolutely wonderful. The gazebo itself is extremely sturdy and nothing like the usual garden structures that most people have. We bought as extras the 4 flat weights to hold it down, as we can't guy it anywhere - we have also strapped it to the soffit board on one side of the house for extra stability. We haven't had any issue with wind so far and it is great in the rain. Our local Arts Centre in the village also has a number of these Gala Tent gazebos strapped together to provide cover in their garden at the moment (we didn't realise this until they reopened in April) - theirs is red, which is beautiful, and went up last summer and has stayed up all winter, despite the storms. You can get guttering to go in between each gazebo.The demo video shows two people putting it up, and my husband and my daughter did manage it between them, but it was stiff and not particularly easy in a confined space, and so four would make it much faster and easier to do, especially when extending the legs evenly. I suspect that once you know what you are doing it will be more straightforward. It isn't light, but it is of a quality you can put up in a sheltered area all summer and not have to keep taking down and putting up again. I would imagine it would be fab over a hot tub. We just have our 8-seater dining table underneath and we have strung fairy lights round the inside of the frame - so it is wonderful at night too.Whether you are buying your gazebo for use in your garden or for a commercial stand I really can't recommend the Pro-50 more highly. It is worth every penny and you won't be disappointed. I would certainly recommend it to friends and work colleagues, for domestic or commercial use.We also bought the sides because we will use it in the winter for overspill from the house for Christmas drinks parties and I chose White to keep it light inside for the winter.

This is the second pop up gazebo I have bought, it’s such a great design, easy to put up and take down, extremely durable and storm proof

Before I purchased these tiles I still was not sure about what surface to use I have always had problems putting a wet car away, my garage is also my utility so it has to look good and stay dry(NOW IT DOES ) Jake was very helpful and he convinced me these tiles would be perfect and he was right also very easy to use and fit so thanks jake.

Quality British made product,frame light but robust, canopy well made with strong tethering points. Not the cheapest but probably one of the best! Money well spent!

Our 3m x 3m Gazebo was easy to put up with 2 people. We bought the sides and thankfully we had them as our first family gathering using it involved a downpour. We had a barbecue and the gazebo proved fully waterproof. So well done.

Wow, I’ve just put up the gazebo ready for my daughter’s birthday party tomorrow, and it is some piece of kit ! I couldn’t believe the weight of the metal frame when I carried to the garden, this thing is definitely built to last and I’m sure it can withstand some pretty harsh weather. The roof and sides are made of very strong material which will last for ages I’m sure. All in all I’m very impressed with the gazebo, it’s definitely in a different league to the cheap lightweight versions that everybody has probably tried at some point. This gazebo is worth the money and you won’t need to replace it after it’s been exposed to some pretty harsh weather.Delivery was very quick I ordered it Friday night and it was delivered on Wednesday as it was a bank holiday Monday that week.

Needed one urgently for family garden gathering. Excellent help from the online team. Got order in with 15 mins to spare, and delivered the following day. It was more than we usually pay but the quality is FAR superior to anything we've had before, which have always torn. The frame, fabric and tent pegs were so much stronger. It was easy to put up...just me and my husband. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent quality products bought for our gazebo we had purchased elsewhere, as gala tents don't do 2m X 2m ones. Bought v. good weights x 8 for 4 corners last year as gazebo on patio. This time we bought extra rachet straps; again excellent quality and good price and have been able to lay strapping through holes and around both weights and place hook under bottom weight and through into the small holes in weights to act as extra anchorage if the wind picks up. Thank you Gala tents for you patience as I chatted this option through with you on the phone. The stripe in the strapping even matches out gazebo which was an added bonus!!!

good products and price with quick delivery

The gazebo is amazing the delivery was quick and when they said it would be. The only thing I would say is after explaining what I wanted it for and with the black out of stock I was told the red of would be ok, this turned out not to be and ruined my weeken ld and cost me another £100 to get a black one when I’m stock. There was no apology or an effort to maybe help swap this was upsetting after overall having a good service.

The items that I purchased (4 sets of cast iron weights) cannot be faulted and are extremely worthwhile even though they are slightly on the expensive side. (They have just increased by £10.00 per pair so I assume Covid/Brexit taking a bite!).The review would get 5 stars but oh dear..the salesman/customer service are woefully inadequate in following through on their commitment of keeping the customer informed and managing their expectations. This order arrived 2 weeks later than promised and I had to ring them once to check where my order was.The main order of a gazebo, sides, ground bars bars and weights took 3 months having paid fully on Day 1!! Not once was I contacted to say that there was a delay: I chased/rang SIX times for this.That being said once the gazebo arrived I was very pleased with it as I had bought it to replace a GalaTent Gazebo purchased 10 years previously which finally gave up the ghost with Storm Bella over Christmas 2020.Perhaps an internal management course for Managing Customer Expectations should be run.
