This is the 2nd gazebo we have bought. The first was for us and we were so impressed with it that we bought one for our son as well, who is also very pleased with it.
Sadly the order arrived after the event but the customer service team were delightful to deal with for the return.

Best gazebo I have ever purchased. Service by gala was first class and would certainly recommend them.
Gazebo is good so far (only set it up once) however it was delivered a week after dispatch (not next day as stated). Communication and care was poor.
Fantastic equipment. I put four 6 x 3 up outside of our clubhouse when we opened after lockdown. Every customer was dry and under cover when it rained. Very sturdy frames and heavy duty fabric.

Good quality and helpful customer service
The steel gazebo is obviously heavier than the aluminium model but it is surprisingly easy to put up. Very well designed and thought out. Sturdy, with good range of optional extras. Good phone advice from sales team, detailed answers to queries. Definitely worth the money.
I bought the groundbars for two 2m X 4m Gala tents. Essential as these tents will stay up for 4 months serving as very attractive service accommodation (catering etc) for our wedding venue. Ground pegs necessary but not supplied so made some 15' steel pegs from u-bolts and re-bar. Structure should survive a Michael Fish style hurricane. Thanks.
