Superb! Great customer service and a superb gazebo. Called the customer team a few times while considering the purchase and always received useful info. Also called to find our about delivery - again, nothing was too much trouble and I quickly got the info I needed. The gazebo is of superb quality, both the frame and covers. Easy to put up too. Many thanks!

Very helpful and professional staff to advise on the actual product that best suited the needs of a small rural village hall. Product quality exceeded expectations, delivered on time. Love the fact that spare parts can be ordered if needed. Looking forward to using the gazebo this summer.

Excellent product, sturdy , strong, good looking. Need two people to erect properly first time but the video supplied is excellent. This is the 4th marquee product I have procured from Gala and I would recommend them to anyone. First class.

Having got around a customs issue which caused a delay to the canopies the service was superb. Order altered and delivered in 24 hours.The Compact 40 is fantastic, several other people at the show asked where we got it and will be placing an order.

Very pleased with this Marquee which was delivered ahead of the planned date. The Marquee is fantastic, from the poles to the cover, doors and windows all are of a very high quality and the velcro joints ensure a very weatherproof finish.We took delivery of a similarly priced Marquee earlier in the year but had to return it as it was very flimsy and not at all weatherproof; no such worries with this, it is a top quality product.The service from Gala Tents was first rate and the order arrived earlier than expected, I would definitely recommend this company and product to anybody interested in buying a quality Marquee.

We were looking for a weather proof marquee for 12 to 16 adults for our at home celebrations over the next few years.They have a showroom in Doncaster with a 6x4 and the 4x4 metre which we purchased.We are really pleased with heavy duty materials, the simplicity of assembly and ease of erection.We liked the fact that the sides could be left off and both ends can be opened.Great service from Darren the salesman.Thanks Gala tents

I have bought from this firm before, everything always the ' Rolls Royce ' in terms of quality ie metal always thicker, joints always chunkier, my first gazebo is now more than 10 years old, but looks like new.have recommended them several times. They seem expensive at first, but in the long run much cheaper than replacing an inferior one several times. Plus spares are available if you do have a mishap

I bought a large Marquee from this team 15 years ago and its still going strong. Its done weddings, birthdays and national events aplenty and never let me down. Every time a bit has been damaged GT have provided a replacement component or panel the next day at a very fair price. They have never let me down. The most recent component was a complete end panel where mice had chewed away the zip fabric while it was stored in the shed. I called them in the morning and a complete replacement had been delivered before I had got the rest of the Marquee assembled. It doesnt get any better than that. It also makes it very easy to lend the Marquee out to friends and family as every component has a price and can be easily replaced; they bend it, they mend it! Its now a family asset.

We purchased a 4.5m Gala Shade Pro 40 Awning Kit, a 3.0x4.5m Gala Shade Pro 40 Grey Gazebo, Cast Iron Weights, and Ratchet Tie Down Storm Straps. All of these products are of an excellent quality, straightforward to erect by 2 people, and are competitively priced. The company has a great after sales service and we have since invested in a wheeled, black storage bag for clean and tidy overwintering. Once again its worth saying how good all the products are.
