Back in May we ordered a Gala Tent for a car mechanic wanting to do repairs outside his house. Until then the weather had been a major issue. Not now - with his large gazebo his repair work work has continued uninterrupted and, with winter approaching, he's even more grateful for the protection. A great buy - quality at a good price.

The Pro40 gazebo colour green has remained in the garden since April and looks as good as new. The colour green was a good choice with no fading. However we are having very strong winds at the end of November so I am taking no chances and packed it up for the winter.

I called to check stock and the person who took the call was just fantastic showing a real commitment to the job. I have over the years bought a lot of Gala Tent products and its save to say I don't shop around your products are good and good value.

What a superb product this pop up gazebo is. A proper job! Ideal for these times where outside is safer than inside due to this damned Covid! Last Christmas we left it up for ages.We recently took the gazebo up to Lancaster, where we erected it on breeze blocks, and wood for a Birthday Party. It was perfect... and got a lot of compliments.The construction is sturdy and the 'guy ropes' (which are SO EASY with the clips) kept it nice and tight. I appreciated the advice we received by phone prior to purchase... such a pleasure when the person at the other end knows their product inside out.I also appreciate that spare parts are available; although that has not been necessary for us. I can wholeheartedly recommend the product and the company.

excellent customer service, quick at solving problems

Having had a gala tent for some 15-20 years i have enjoyed many a happy day/evening in it, in 2012 we held our wedding reception buffet in there, and have had many parties in the Garden that would not have been possible with out our Gala Tent. Although from time to time panels require replacing that is not a problem I havce just ordered the replacement sides, end panels roof and it back in use in not time at all, Keep up the good work and im sure i wil be using your products again and again in the coming years
