Clever design and quality materials…. A great option for temporary spaces…..

The initial ordering process went well, and Gala was able to rearrange delivery date to fit my schedule, but the order was delivered incomplete. Only 1 of 2 boxes was delivered by the courier company, and it took numerous emails and calls before Gala resolved the issue. The original missing box was never traced and Gala reissued the order for the outstanding items. The net result is that receiving the full order took almost 3 weeks. The product is fine as usual.

Great products as always

good quality product.the only issue is they give you exactly the amount you need i.e. wing bolts. I had to buy more incase we lost some during construction.

On behalf of our residents association, I would like to say an enormous thank you to Darren & Susan for your kind and wonderful help in connection with us acquiring a 10m x 4m Car Port Gala Marquee with Groundbar Set & accessories. This company and its superb team could not have been more helpful with our purchase and with their organised delivery, it was perfectly timed. For some time, we have looked at Gala Tent Marquees and reading all other reviews about the company, we decided this was the company for us. Although we won't be using our Marquee until Mid June, I just know that everything will be right for us due to they're professional conduct and kind help when we have spoken by telephone. I shall of course review again once we have used our Marquee, and look forward to committing any further custom with them. I leave this review with words of what a wonderful company to deal with.
